Assesses damages, coordinates evacuation and shelter needs vs. Assesses community damages and long-term rebuilding needs
Provides for emergency protective measures vs. Provides for emergency public services such as fire stations and emergency shelter
Individuals receive assistance based on need vs. GLO-CDR funds local housing, infrastructure and planning projects
Restores property to pre-event conditions vs. Enhances housing and infrastructure through mitigation and disaster resiliency features
