A contract is required between an awarded grant applicant of the Texas Coastal Management Program (CMP) and the Texas General Land Office.  Awarded grant applicants must adhere to the requirements of the contract in order to receive the funding awarded.  Once the contract is signed, the grant applicant becomes a subrecipient.  To help subrecipients meet the contract requirements we are providing form templates, instructions and examples.

  • Grant Closeout Form
    This required form is intended to aid the Texas Coastal Management Program in its ability to quantify management outcomes and report the success of the Texas Coastal Management Program to its federal partner, the National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration, Office of ocean and Coastal Resource Management.
