Cameron County Parks System implemented the Code Enforcement Program by hiring and equiping Code Enforcement Officers to enforce the regulation codes to decrease the litter and other regulation issues. The Signs posted are forewarning the public that there are Code Enforcement Officers on duty and there is a price to pay if you get caught littering or breaking the rules. The federal portion of the budget will be used to purchase two ATVs to use while officers patrol the beach and four handheld two-way radios.
