Summary
Ducks Unlimited will conduct an appraisal based on the Uniform Appraisal Standards for Federal Land Acquisitions, conduct a survey based on state procedures, and prepare the easement documentation. The easement will restrict development of the property for residential, commercial, or industrial purposes and will contain required CIAP language. Once the legal documents have been approved by BOEMRE, the GLO will amend the grant award to conduct Phase 2 of the project, which will include the purchase of the conservation easement for Savannah Oaks.
