Pursuant to 43 U.S.C. §1356a(c)(1)(B) , as amended by the Energy Policy Act of 2005, the Governor of Texas must solicit local input and provide for public participation in the development of the FY 2009/FY 2010 Texas Coastal Impact Assistance Plan amendment. Notice is thereby given that the Texas General Land Office, on behalf of the Office of the Governor, is soliciting public comment regarding the Plan amendment. All comments must be submitted by March 31, 2013. A copy of the Plan and comment submission directions may be found at http://www.glo.texas.gov/what-we-do/caring-for-the-coast/grants-funding/ciap/index.html .
