Energy Land and Lease Inventory System (ELLIS)
The Texas General Land Office uses an interactive GIS mapping application, called Energy Land and Lease Inventory System (ELLIS), to provide the public with real-time information on current oil/gas leasing information including all Texas bays and the Gulf of Mexico.
