How do I obtain oil and gas or hard mineral leases from the Land Office?
Along with oil and gas leases, hard mineral leases are another way that the Texas General Land Office generates revenue for the Permanent School Fund. You must fill out the appropriate application pertaining to the type of lease you are requesting.
