Filing Assignments
A Filing Assignment is a legal document changing the ownership in all or part of an interest in an oil and gas lease on state lands.
Each Assignment is required to have a list clearly designating each state lease number, by its State mineral file number or adequate legal description, including survey name, abstract, block, township and county.
Application information:
Requirements: certified copy of mineral lease assignment
Fee: $25.00 per lease
Fee after 90 days of Assignment execution: $50.00 per lease
