In Evant at the intersection of US Highways 84 and 281, travel east on US 84 for approximately 5.2 miles to the intersection of CR 159. From this point, the southwest corner of the subject tract lies approximately 1,150 feet east of CR 159 and approximately 1,350 feet north of US 84, and is fenced within the boundaries of privately owned land. Access to the subject property can only be gained with permission from the adjoining landowners.
