TYLER — On Friday, February 14, the Watkins-Logan Texas State Veterans Home will host their Annual Sweetheart’s Luncheon in celebration of Valentine’s Day.
The event, sponsored by Flint Baptist Church Angel Chef's, will have a live band, food and refreshments and a chance for the residents to have their picture taken with their sweetheart. During the event, elementary students will deliver flowers to the residents in response to the Angel Tree.
