Today the Texas General Land Office (GLO) posted Amendment 11 to the State Action Plan for $5.676 billion in Community Development Block Grants for Disaster Recovery (CDBG-DR) for a federally required 30-day public comment period. Action Plan Amendment 11 is available for review at https://recovery.texas.gov/public-notices/index.html. Amendment 11 maintains the $1.2 billion in CDBG-DR funds to continue to address unmet recovery needs within the City of Houston.

Applications are currently being reviewed in all eligible counties affected by flooding events in South Texas and the Rio Grande Valley in 2018 and 2019, as well as Tropical Storm Imelda in 2019.
