Summary

This project proposes to automate the seabaling process via heavy-duty compaction/baling machinery and provide the first ever reapplication of compacted seaweed wrack to restore and enlarge dunes in a sustainable manner. The project location is Apffel Park area on Galveston Island adjacent to the South Jetty.
