The General Land Office Community Development and Revitalization Division (CDR) has policies, procedures, and guidelines, to ensure adequate vendor management processes for the Housing and Urban Development Community Development Block Grant – Disaster Recovery (CDBG-DR) programs.
We concluded that the Coastal Resources Grant Programs section generally complied with the terms of applicable Coastal Erosion Planning & Response Act (CEPRA) Project Cooperation Agreements and adequately managed CEPRA projects reviewed during this audit in accordance to the agency’s CEPRA Policies and Procedures Manual.
We concluded that the GLO generally complied with some of the significant requirements of the Beach Watch program during the period under audit. The GLO’s Beach Watch program previously experienced considerable employee turnover with new team members starting in September 2018.
