TYLER — The Watkins-Logan Texas State Veterans Home is pleased to invited the community to a Memorial Day event, Monday, May 27th, honoring those who gave their lives for our country while on active duty.
Attendance is estimated to be around 200 -300. The ceremony will begin at 10:30 a.m. followed by a BBQ banquet catered by Bodacious BBQ in Lindale, TX. The ceremony will include a presentation of the Colors by Veteran staff members of Watkins-Logan TSVH, bagpipe taps, and remarks from retired LTC. Jim Snow.
