AUSTIN — Today, Texas Land Commissioner Dawn Buckingham, M.D., announced that the Texas General Land Office (GLO) is accepting tract nominations for its next Oil, Gas, and Geothermal Lease Sale, tentatively scheduled for September 5, 2023.

All nominations must be submitted in writing to the GLO by 5:00 pm CT on June 1, 2023 to:

Austin, Texas 78701-1495

Applicants may include more than one tract nomination in their letter. Please note that each tract you wish to nominate will cost $100.
