Coastal Heritage Preserve Acquisition - Tracts 3 -5 (164-acres)

Project Description

Artist Boat proposes to partner with a Galveston Independent School District (GISD) to purchase, conserve, and manage 164 acres (Tracts 3, 4, 5) of coastal habitat, which is proposed for development of 1,118 mixed use units. These 164 acres would become part of the Coastal Heritage Preserve’s existing 1,039 acres.
