Description:
Coastal boundary survey of the Littoral Boundary along the Mean Higher High Water (MHHW) line of Corpus Christi Bay, being the easterly boundary line of the “Rincon del Oso” Enriquez Villareal Survey, Abstract No. 1, and the westerly boundary line of State Submerged Tract No. 74 and No. 75, Nueces County, Texas, in connection with GLO Project No. SL20250023. Centroid coordinates 27.746040° N, 97.372564° W, WGS84.  A copy of the survey has been recorded in Document No. 2026003730, Official Public Records, Nueces County, Texas (also recorded in Volume 90, Page 644, Plat Records, Nueces County, Texas).

A Coastal Boundary Survey for the above-referenced project has been reviewed and accepted by Surveying Services; upon completion of public notice requirements, the survey will be filed in the Texas General Land Office, Archives and Records, in accordance with provisions of the Tex.  Nat. Res. Code §33.136.
