VLB Preferred Lenders On Site
The Veterans Land Board (VLB) will have State Preferred Lenders available to discuss:
- Land loans
- Home loans
- Loan eligibility and financing options
- Assistance with the approval process
Bring Your Documents for Approval
Veterans and spouses interested in the loan approval process should bring:
- Valid ID
- Proof of income, such as:
- Award letter
- Recent paystub
- W-2s
- Tax return, if applicable
- Proof of assets, such as:
- Recent monthly bank statement
- 401(k) statement
- Other applicable asset documentation
