Texas Point Refuge-Marsh Restoration

Project Description

The Texas Point project involved the beneficial use of dredged material from the Sabine-Neches Waterway. Approximately one million cubic yards of material were placed in marshes in the Texas Point National Wildlife Refuge. The project was completed in December 2000.
