Project Description
Coastal Bend Bays and Estuaries Program (CBBEP) will expand the Up2U litter and bulk trash prevention programs from the Coastal Bend to the entire Texas coast. CBBEP will partner with the Clean Coast Texas collaborative to facilitate new partnerships, and distribute Up2U litter bags and pet waste stations to partners, and establish a mini-grant program for communities to implement dumpster collection events to collect bulk waste and trash.
