Hewetson Survey, A-30 Calhoun County and A-381 Aransas County, on the southerly bank of Ayers Bay  in connection with SL20260028. Centroid coordinates N28.167761°, W96.819182°, WGS84. A copy of the survey recorded in Document No. 2026-02809, Official Public Records of Calhoun County, Texas and Document No. 419032,  Official Public Records of Aransas County, Texas.

A Coastal Boundary Survey for the above-referenced project has been reviewed and accepted by Surveying Services; upon completion of public notice requirements, the survey will be filed in the Texas General Land Office, Archives and Records, in accordance with provisions of the Tex.  Nat. Res. Code §33.136..
